What is the cost to ship?

When will I get my delivery?
You decide! Check your order confirmation email for a link to your order status page for any updates to your delivery!
In the cart page, you will choose your delivery day. We will ship your order to 1 to 2 days before, ensuring you receive it the day you selected! Please keep in mind, delays by shipping couriers are out of our control! If your order is delayed, don't panic! We pack every order with plenty of cold packs to withstand up to a 48 hour transit!
If you placed your order on a different platform, such as the Shop App, then we will choose the next available delivery date! Reach out to us for any requests!

We currently ship all across the United States!
For shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please send us an email for a custom quote!
How long does it take to ship my order?
95% of orders are shipped with a 1-day transit! You will choose the day you'd like to receive your order, and we will ship it the day before.
Few orders will have a 2-day transit time, which we will ensure get packed with extra cold packs to withstand the whole transit!
How can I track my package?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a link to your order status page. Here you will see your tracking information.
Tracking information is only updated after we've created a shipment for you. If no tracking information is present on the order status page, then your order has not yet shipped!
What if I'm not home?
Your order will be packed in a thick, cotton insulation material, with plenty of food-safe cold packs to keep your fish fresh for many hours after delivery!
